In addition to the trees, your donation covers the multi-year process of a Contour Lines work grant, the 3-5 years of planting and expanding the Food Forests with each family, including:
- Bi-annual monitoring, data-collection, and supervision of the agroforestry methods.
- Delivery of annual seeds and pruning scissors.
- Assistance with the value-adding and marketing of harvests.
- Regular technician visits (5 times per year), for each work phase:
- community organizing, site design, pre-supervision, tree delivery & planting, and follow-up supervision.
