Contour Lines’ initiatives of value-adding and marketing of harvests supports our mission: to plant more trees, to restore more land, and transition more communities to regenerative economies.
According to our surveys of participating families, 95% have stated “income” as their main reason for accepting our tree grants, for planting their lands with Contour Lines agroforestry projects. Therefore, our responsibility to these families (and to ensure continued interested and therefore success rates of these sites), we understand the importance of buying the harvests and assiting with markets.

To achieve this, to find markets for the harvests of Contour Lines families, we operate a location in the famous Antigua, Guatemala: the Contour Lines Center & Restaurant. Visit us to Eat healthy, support local farmers, and learn about our work. (see map/hours below)
Value Added Products
As our value-added processing facility, our Center allows us to purchase harvests from communities. This brings income to Contour Lines families and incentivizes their regenerative land transition.
Contour Lines Restaurant & Cafe
The Contour Lines Center Antigua combines community with our restaurant / café and regenerative tienda. We bring healthy food to conscience consumers, and connect our agroforestry projects to the public through taste.
Garden and Plant Nursery
The plant nursery and demo garden is a site for teaching and expanding regenerative land practices throughout the region. Enjoy a coffee while purchasing plant to plant on contour.
Education and Event Center
As a site for hosting events, meetings, tours, and classes, it serves as an interface between the general population and the rural villages undergoing the regenerative transition, incentivizing the latter and educating the former.
