Contour Lines plants agroforestry with indigenous communities in Guatemala. This work transitions land use from slash-and-burn monocultures into regenerative “food forests,” with all the ecosystem and biodiversity benefits of a reforested landscape.
And to sustain this work, this regenerative transition, it must also provides socioeconomic benefits to the smallholder farmers achieving it.
Therefore, Contour Lines’ ‘Post-Harvest’ initiatives support farmers with income and market access, and also fund Contour Lines agroforestry work into more communities.
